Healthy Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Cranberry Sauce
I packet of cranberries
Orange zest or grated orange peel
Stevia or Truvia[a stevia brand] to taste
Walnuts- handful.-optional
1. Take the cranberries put in a very little water into a saucepan.
2. Take out any yellow/white unripe cranberries
3. Orange peel or zest to taste
4. Stevia to taste[ I found I used quite a lot]
5. Handful of chopped walnuts[optional]
6. Let the cranberries burst, cook for another couple of minutes, then cool. 15 minutes in all.
This cranberry sauce will thicken up when cooled but it will not be a complete jelly.
